Allergen Information: We handle multiple allergens in our bakery. All allergies and intolerances must be stated at the time of ordering.
Collections: Collections can be made from our kitchen in Crediton. We will notify you once your order is ready for collection.
Dispatch: We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of ordering. This is subject to ingredient availability. If your order is delayed we will inform you as soon as possible.
Delivery: Royal Mail 24-48 hour delivery.
International Delivery: We do not currently offer international delivery.
Shelf Life/Storage: Our products can be stored at room temperature for 3-4 days in a sealed container. To extend this, you can refrigerate your products for 5-7 days or freeze them for up to 3 months.
Cancellations: No refunds will be given for cancelling your order once it has been baked.
Returns.
Unfortunately we are not able to offer a refund on our goods if they have already been baked. As the products we sell are food they cannot be resold once they’ve been dispatched from us. We cannot refund your order unless there are exceptional circumstances. For example, if your parcel is squashed upon arrival then we will look at placing a claim through Royal Mail. Boxes are in perfect condition when they leave us so we will attempt to claim through them to refund you. Slight damage won’t be acceptable. If an address is incorrect, we can’t be held responsible once the parcel leaves us and we will not refund for this mistake.
